General
- Low-grade (well differentiated, extensive tubule formation)
- Morphological overlap with a benign sclerosing lesion (e.g. radial scar)
- Use myoepithelial marker(s) (e.g. SMM-HC, calponin, p63) to differentiate from a benign process.
